Angela Contreras, PhD in Food Technology from the University of Santiago, Chile, leads the scientific work in the laboratory for the development of prototypes and their scaling, in order to convert them into transferable products for industry.

Marco Mora, PhD in Computer Science from the University of Toulouse, France, leads the incorporation of artificial intelligence methodologies for the exploration, simulation, and creation of new product prototypes.

Our main proprietary technology offers antimicrobial and antioxidant protection, as well as humidity control, thus extending the conservation of food products, keeping them healthy and fresh even during longer storage periods.
